Because we are a consignment shop, all sales are considered final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless:
The wrong item was sent
The item arrived damaged
Your package was lost in shipping
If one of these applies, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at [MadeInTheNeighborhood2025@gmail.com] with your order number and photos if available.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and shipping typically takes:
2–5 business days for standard shipping (USPS/UPS/FedEx)
Up to 7 days for rural areas or during holidays
You will receive tracking info by email once your order ships.
