Because we are a consignment shop, all sales are considered final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless:

• The wrong item was sent

• The item arrived damaged

• Your package was lost in shipping

If one of these applies, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at [MadeInTheNeighborhood2025@gmail.com] with your order number and photos if available.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and shipping typically takes:

• 2–5 business days for standard shipping (USPS/UPS/FedEx)

• Up to 7 days for rural areas or during holidays

You will receive tracking info by email once your order ships.

Please note: shipping delays may occur during peak seasons.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Most of our products are pre-owned or vintage, sold on consignment from members of our local community. We inspect all items and provide honest descriptions and photos — but small signs of wear should be expected.

Yes! If you're local to Pennsylvania and have quality items you’d like to consign, please reach out through our Consignment Info page or email us at [MadeInTheNeighborhood2025@gmail.com]. We typically accept clothing, accessories, home goods, and unique vintage finds in good condition.

Yes, Pennsylvania sales tax (6%) is applied to orders placed within the state, plus any applicable local taxes. If you are a reseller or tax-exempt entity, please provide your PA Sales Tax Exemption Certificate before checkout.
